Offered for your collecting enjoyment is this wonderful "Little Three Pigs" open slt and pepper that I found in the east of France.
This is a very early French Victorian example of how humorus the ceramics industry became in the late 1800's.
So sweet, these three little faces while they are holding their arms up in a begging position.
This is in excellent condition for its age, I think I might see a very small repair on the inside of one edge of the open salt as seen in photo 5.
It is not marked with the country of origin so it was made before 1891.
It measures 3.5 inches long, 3 inches wide and stands 3.25 inches tall.
