Offered for your private collection is this Rare and magnificent antique French umbrella stand from the east of France.
Made by the Keller & Guerin company in Luneville France. The makersmark dates this piece to have been made in 1890.
The pattern is "Eglantine" or Briar Roses.
It can hold a multitude of umbrellas or walking sticks!
It measures 27.5 inches tall and is 19 inches wide.
It weighs over 23 pounds just by itself!!
There are no chips, cracks or repairs! I did pull down the foam bottom to take the photo of the makersmark. It does have overall glaze crazing which is normal for antique faience and majolica
I had a hard time to imput shipping so I just put a fixed price shipping to get the listing on. If there is any extra shipping money I will send it back to you. If you are in the South Florida area we can arrange a pick-up or drop -off. This will be double boxed for safe shipping.
Add this gorgeous antique umbrella stand to your personal collection or give as a fabulous gift!
